Allie Drake serves as Manager of Recruitment & Admissions at Per Scholas Chicago, with a passion for connecting individuals with life-changing opportunities through technology education. With a background in higher education admissions, Allie has dedicated her career to helping learners navigate educational pathways and achieve their personal and professional goals. Prior to joining Per Scholas, she served in several student-facing leadership roles at Ivy Tech Community College, where she advised prospective students and led dual-credit initiatives that expanded access to college and career opportunities.

Allie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Evangel University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University. She believes that education has the power to transform lives and is inspired each day by the opportunity to help learners take the next step toward a brighter future. Outside of work, Allie enjoys getting lost in a good book and spending time in nature.
