Anita M. Bailey is an experienced IT Support Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the private and nonprofit sectors. She is a graduate of Gannon University with a BA in Communication Arts. She has a diverse background in multiple disciplines including Information Technology, Administration, Business, Christian Ministry, Media & Broadcasting, Protective Services & Law Enforcement, and Health Services. She credits her ability to be a chameleon to her desire to always be indispensable. “Someone somewhere is going to always need me; need my skill. I want to be ready to help them when they do.”
She is a proud 2013 graduate of Per Scholas and was the first of her class to pass the CompTIA A+ Exam. After passing her exam, she had to rush off to Washington, DC for a music engagement. She had the honor and privilege of singing with the Grammy-award-winning choir, The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, at President Barack Obama Inauguration in 2013.
It’s not too much Anita doesn’t enjoy doing to have fun and to place smiles on the faces of others. She likes to spend her time singing, writing, thinking, learning, and laughing. She is known to be a comedian. She does enjoy martial arts, basketball, football, cycling, dancing, music, and computers. She is working on becoming a Polyglot who is a person that speaks several languages.
The heart of her life is her faith in God, her son, and her two grandsons. Her motto is “Not on my shift”. Meaning she is going to make sure everything she is responsible for is completed with integrity and quality.
