She has over 15 years of experience in customer service and business operations management. Ann has worked within various youth organizations and programs developing and implementing lesson plans and instructional activities. She enjoys learning in general and has a passion for working with technology and gadgets. She lives in PG county MD, and likes board, card and video games.
