Antoinette’s expertise lies in leading fundraising efforts, government and corporate partnerships, and advocacy across New York. She has previously supported organizational and development strategy as a consultant for BIPOC-led organizations nationwide.
Antoinette holds a B.S. in Sociology and an M.S. in Quantitative Methods, where she has written about the practical dissemination of reparations. She is an alumna of the Cause Effective Fellows Program: Advancing Leaders of Color in Fundraising, as well as the New York Association of Training & Employment Professionals (NYATEP) Workforce Advocacy and Policy Academy.
