Ashok Sivanand is the CEO of Integral, a digital transformation firm that helps businesses with embedding a technology DNA to their culture, processes, and experiences. Integral also facilitates integrateDetroit to bridge the gap between self-taught/bootcamps and the technology workforce. 

Prior to Integral, Ashok was on the leadership team at Pivotal Labs, and held technology and product roles in the manufacturing industry. During his tenure at Pivotal Labs, Ashok was interviewed by CIO magazine alongside Ford’s then CIO Marcy Klevorn. 

Ashok has over a decade of experience in automotive and manufacturing software and has collaborated with companies including Ford, GM, Bosch, and Thor.
