Chelsea Clarke is currently the Senior Director of Market Expansion, after working in Recruitment and Admissions in our Greater Boston campus. She is an experienced program manager and educator, with over 10 years of experience working in higher education and the nonprofit sector. She is passionate about advancing equity and economic mobility in the Greater Boston area and beyond.

Before Per Scholas, Chelsea had a variety of experiences working for educational equity.  She also served as an environmental action and food security Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo, West Africa for two years, and is a proud alumna of AmeriCorps Cape Cod. Chelsea holds an Ed.M. in education policy and management from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a graduate certificate in Gender, Leadership, and Public Policy from UMass Boston.
