I am a mixed methods researcher with 12 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale program evaluations to determine policy effectiveness (MEL); implementing state, national, and international survey research; conducting and coding qualitative interviews; and cleaning and analyzing large administrative datasets. My professional mission is to generate and communicate actionable research findings to diverse stakeholder audiences including policy makers, philanthropic funders, NGO managers, and citizens.
