Evan Williams is a workforce development leader with over a decade of experience driving talent strategies, employer engagement, and career pathway initiatives across Central Florida. As the Director of Talent Solutions at Per Scholas, he is responsible for building strategic partnerships with employers and connecting diverse, highly skilled talent to in-demand careers in the tech sector.
Prior to joining Per Scholas, Evan served as Director of Workforce Operations, where he oversaw large-scale career center operations, business services, and workforce programs serving more than 40,000 individuals annually. His leadership spans local government, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, with a strong focus on equity, access, and economic mobility.
Evan is passionate about creating systems that empower individuals to achieve sustainable careers while helping organizations meet their talent needs. He holds a background in criminal justice, early education and business, along with multiple professional certifications, and is committed to developing innovative solutions that bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
