Faith Rottmann Johnson believes in the power of people—their ability to create lasting, positive change in their workplace and in their communities. She currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at TEKsystems, overseeing strategic human resources and corporate social responsibility programs globally. 

 

Faith has over 26 years of experience as a human resources professional. In 1997, she joined Allegis Group, the largest private talent management firm in the world and the parent company of TEKsystems. Faith joined TEKsystems 2007, and her role evolved to what it is today. She supports the company’s strategic priorities of building a high-performance team and enhancing the employee experience through strategic human resources management, talent acquisition, talent management, corporate social responsibility and employee relations.

 

Faith holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a master’s degree in human resources from Towson University. She volunteers with several local and national charities including The One Love Foundation, The Casey Cares Foundation, Charm City Lacrosse, The Pat Tillman Foundation and Per Scholas. She devotes her free time to her family and to cheering on the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles, her hometown teams.
