Fredric Cibelli is a Principal at EY, where he leads the Enterprise Architecture and Platforms practice for Financial Services. In this role, he works with technology leaders across banking, insurance, wealth management, and other regulated industries to help organizations modernize technology platforms, strengthen enterprise architecture, and implement scalable operating models that support innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. He also leads a global practice focused on helping organizations translate technology strategy into execution.

Throughout nearly 20 years at EY, Fredric has held several technology leadership roles, including serving as Global Client Technology Officer for Financial Services. In that position, he oversaw EY’s portfolio of client-facing technology platforms and led the firm’s public cloud transformation across more than 50 countries. Earlier in his career, he led EY’s Technology Transformation and Process Innovation practices, supporting organizations in adopting agile operating models, modern engineering practices, and process improvements. Before joining EY, Fredric served for five years as a Captain in the United States Air Force, where he led cybersecurity teams, managed information security functions, and supported global information warfare and mission-critical operations.

Fredric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Boston University and maintains several professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). He is passionate about helping organizations align technology with business strategy and building operating models that enable long-term innovation, resilience, and growth.
