Heidi Ziobro serves as Managing Director of Per Scholas Greater Boston, where she leads the campus’s mission to advance economic equity by connecting talented individuals with technology training and employer opportunities. A seasoned nonprofit executive, Heidi brings extensive leadership experience to her role, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Vice President of Programs and Recruitment.
Heidi holds an MBA from Babson College, an MS in Psychology from American International College, and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. Her blend of operational expertise, people-centered leadership, and coaching acumen drives Per Scholas Greater Boston’s commitment to creating pathways to meaningful careers in tech.
