Dr. JaStacia Jones, an experienced nonprofit and education leader, joined Per Scholas as Per Scholas North Carolina Site Director in November 2021. A lifelong learner, JaStacia recently earned her PhD in Psychology from Capella University. She is an industrial organizational psychologist by training and enjoys studying human behaviors in organizations and workplaces alike.

JaStacia is motivated by helping and supporting others. Before joining Per Scholas North Carolina, JaStacia served as School Counselor Director at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and High School Initiative Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. 

She is a proud graduate of Clemson University. JaStacia lives in Huntersville, North Carolina with her husband and daughter and enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
