Jay Dierig is the Senior Vice President of Learner and Alumni Success at Per Scholas. In his role, Jay leads the strategic alignment and implementation efforts for national recruitment, admissions, learner support, and alumni engagement and training across 20+ Per Scholas campuses as well as remote national offerings. Jay is a business and community impact leader with 25 years of experience in corporate, small business, and nonprofit settings. His primary focus on relationship building and providing exceptional experience has enabled him to achieve successful business and community outcomes in each of his roles. Jay joined Per Scholas in 2019 as Managing Director of Per Scholas Greater Cincinnati. 

Jay studied Corporate Communication at Western Kentucky University. He is a Northern Kentucky native and currently lives in Fort Thomas, KY with his family. Jay enjoys running, traveling, visiting local parks, and spending time with his friends and family.
