Jean is a Managing Director and market head with Alvarez & Marsal in New York. She brings more than 25 years of experience serving as a business executive and trusted advisor to large global corporations and financial institutions with a focus on business and IT transformations. At A&M, Jeanl is engaged with public and privately owned Boards of Directors to assess and improve the technology organizations for their companies. She is instrumental in developing and executing structured change management programs to redesign organizations with new operating models, metrics and cost structures.
Jean works extensively with multinational financial institutions to restructure businesses and improve performance. She leads digital transformation initiatives that overhaul technology platforms and services provided to the business, allowing for greater availability, stability and faster time to market. She also drives merger integration engagements that transform business models through automation while incorporating new controls to meet the ever-changing regulatory environment. She recently developed and implemented a strategy for a major healthcare provider that entailed a new sourcing model, revamping of its technology offerings and restructuring of their technology organization leading to $600M in She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a J.D. from Fordham University and is a admitted to the New York Bar. She is also an active Cornell alumnus, serving on the Cornell Council, the President’s Council of Cornell Women and the Advisory Board for the Cornell undergraduate business program.
