Joanne Sibony most recently served as Vice President, Engineering Operations for the Technology Product, Experience (TPX) organization of Comcast Cable. In that role she led the team designing and building world-class product evaluation labs and developing innovative approaches to testing ground-breaking technologies.

Prior to this most recent role, Joanne served as Vice President, Product Strategy and Execution for the CONNECT organization of TPX at Comcast. In this role she led a team of Product Managers, Technical Program Managers and Portfolio Leaders who were accountable for collaborating across multiple teams to deliver innovative products and technology solutions in support of the strategic technology transformation roadmap.

During Joanne’s career as a technology leader in the telecommunications industry, her ability to connect people and teams and develop cross-organization partnerships resulted in her assignment to lead the successful delivery of several complex, high-profile and impactful products. She is a highly sought-after mentor and is proud to be a talent connector and an advocate for junior talent.  Joanne was recognized by the Philadelphia Chapter of Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT) with the “Communicator” award recognizing her talent and commitment to authenticity and transparency in bringing new products and technologies to market.

Joanne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Towson University and is a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI), a nationally recognized, highly competitive leadership development program for senior executive women in the cable and telecommunications industry.  She also completed a leadership program for Comcast women executives at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was a member of Chief, a private network of executive women designed to strengthen leadership and magnify influence.
