Jodi Delaney has led philanthropy and social change initiatives for over 20 years, at the helm of high-profile projects in workforce development, education, environmental conservation, the arts and entertainment, spanning five US states and dozens of clients including the Television Academy (Emmys) Foundation, The Trust for Public Land, Youth Policy Institute, the New Mexico Departments of Economic Development and Cultural Affairs, and ABCNews. Jodi has raised millions of dollars from public and private sources in roles including Executive Director of the Television Academy Foundation and Chief Development Officer at the Youth Policy Institute in Los Angeles, supporting President Obama’s anti-poverty initiative called Promise Zone. In 2024 she founded the Global Change Agency, serving both sides of the philanthropic table to advance climate solutions worldwide, including the Digital Earth Pacific project based in New Caledonia. An adept strategist, she consults on donor engagement, board development, fundraising, and long-term planning, all through a lens of equity, diversity, inclusion and regeneration.
