Jolanda is a business transformation architect and change strategist who is fiercely committed to leveling the playing field and creating opportunities for social justice through technology.  At Salesforce’s human-centered change (HCC) consulting practice, Jolanda advises global enterprises through crm implementations from a user-experience lens.

Prior to joining the tech industry, Jolanda was a senior leader in the nonprofit sector where she spent 15 years contributing to a myriad of organizations including exalt Youth, CASES, HarlemRBI, and the Smithsonian Institute.  Her time in the nonprofit space uniquely prepared Jolanda to understand the nuances, challenges, and needs of clients and their desire to use technology to increase their impact and propel their missions forward.

Jolanda holds a Masters in Business Analytics (MSBA) from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and Bachelors degrees in Clinical Psychology and Music Theory from Tufts University.  Jolanda is also a certified Salesforce Administrator, Prosci Change Practitioner (CCMP) and a classically trained vocalist.
