Before joining Per Scholas, Kalin built a strong track record in business development, recruiting, and talent solutions. In those positions, he worked directly with employers to understand hiring priorities, develop talent pipelines, and connect candidates to opportunity. That experience gives him a valuable market-facing perspective on workforce development: he understands not only how to train people for jobs, but how employers make hiring decisions and what learners need to succeed once they enter the market.

Kalin holds an MBA from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
