Kimberly Thomas is a Security Awareness and Training Specialist in the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Bloomberg. In this role, Kimberly develops and implements strategies for increasing adoption of security-focused courses and reference materials across the company’s various departments. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked in the company’s Financial Solutions Knowledge Group, where she designed and facilitated technical training for both new hires and experienced personnel from Bloomberg’s support staff. She also served as a training design consultant to a number of other departments across the firm. Kimberly received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts at the Harvard Extension School in 2025 and is currently earning her MS in Cybersecurity at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
