Nicole Alexander is an interdisciplinary leader at the intersection of marketing and technology. As an adjunct Professor at Columbia University within the Information & Knowledge Strategy (IKNS) program, she explores the role of AI in shaping organizations, markets, and human outcomes. Her work is grounded in the principles outlined in her book, Ethical AI in Marketing: Aligning Growth, Responsibility, and Customer Trust (Kogan Page, 2025), which offers a practical framework for balancing innovation with accountability. With over 25 years of experience, Nicole has held senior leadership roles including Global Head of Marketing at Meta and SVP of Innovation at Ipsos, where she led data-driven transformation and global growth strategies. Across both industry and academia, her work focuses on translating emerging technologies into responsible, scalable business practices. Beyond her corporate and academic leadership, Nicole serves on the boards of Per Scholas and the Loveland Foundation, supporting equitable access to education and opportunity. She holds an MPhil in AI Ethics & Society from the University of Cambridge and an Executive MBA from TRIUM (NYU Stern/LSE/HEC Paris).
