Nikki Gaines has joined the organization as a Senior Manager, People. In this role Nikki will focus on Talent Acquisition for the organization.

Nikki has extensive experience in Human Resources, specifically focusing on the Talent Acquisition space. She also has experience in for-profit education, having served as a Director of Career Services previously. Over the past 8 years she has been responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition functions for organizations such as S&D Coffee & Tea and Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, an MBA, and is a Certified Talent Acquisition professional.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and practicing yoga.
