Pam Kingpetcharat
Chief Financial Officer

Pam Kingpetcharat is the Chief Financial Officer at Per Scholas. In this role, she is responsible for the financial planning, operations, financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, accounting and finance, payroll, auditing, and information technology functions. As Per Scholas’ strategy, programs, and initiatives evolve, Pam is responsible for ensuring that all components of the fiscal and technology teams are aligned with organizational objectives and priorities.
Pam has 20+ years of experience in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, including as Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Achievement Network; Senior Vice President of Finance and Technology at Genesys Works; Chief Information Officer at Innovations for Poverty Action, and more. In the private sector, she advised leading multinational corporations, multilateral organizations, and government agencies on Information and Communications Technology policy, strategy and operations management, public finance management and reform, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Her work history includes the US Peace Corps, Accenture, Merrill Lynch & Co, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
Throughout her career, Pam has focused on labor & development economics, socioeconomic mobility & education, and demystifying technology through practical instruction & hands-on training. She was previously a Data Analytics Instructor at General Assembly and currently is a Lecturer at Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and an Adjunct Professor at NYU Wagner’s Graduate School of Public Service. Pam holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development degree from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Reed College. Pam lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband.
