Rich Asay is the Operations Analyst for Keyfactor in the Global Services Division. Throughout his 25 year career, he has worked for a few small startups and several major companies, most notably America Online (AOL), Kawasaki Motors, and Cisco Systems. His work has been almost exclusively in client facing roles, focusing on post-sales delivery and implementation. Rich volunteers his time in the community as a mentor in career development, helping with networking, résumé writing, and mock interviews.

As a father of 4, with 3 daughters, he became passionate about supporting and encouraging young females to pursue careers in the tech sector. Dating back to 2008, Rich became an active supporter of Women In Technology, and local STEM programs as a judge for F.I.R.S.T. Robotics. Most recently, he became an industry member of Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS).

Rich earned a B.A. in French & Linguistics from Weber State University and an MBA from California State University, Sacramento with a focus on Organizational and Change Leadership.
