Roger is a successful early stage enterprise venture capitalist. For over twenty years he has invested in a wide range of leading technology enabled solutions focused on improving the productivity and efficiency of businesses. He seed funded or helped start over 30 companies focused on enterprise computing including DocuSign (DOCU) and Acquia (acquired by Vista Equity) and Cloud Technology Partners (acquired by HPE).

​Roger started Cloud Capital Partners and co-founded IoT Capital. He was a Venture Partner at Sigma Partners and a partner with JEGI Capital. He has also served as a Managing Director in Veronis Suhler Stevenson’s Business & Professional Information Group. Roger has held senior executive positions in corporate development, marketing, and product management at WebLine Communications (acquired by Cisco Systems), Stream International (acquired by Solectron), the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. He began his career at IBM.

Roger earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in International Relations and Economics from Tufts University.
