Sang Hoon Lee is the Chief Development Officer at Per Scholas. In this role, he leads the organization’s national development strategy, focusing on expanding the organization’s reach and impact by forging key partnerships and securing critical funding. 

Sang has nearly 20 years of business development, management and leadership experience. Prior to joining Per Scholas, Sang served as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief of Staff at Benefits Data Trust, a national nonprofit focused on streamlining access to public benefit programs, like SNAP, Medicaid, and Pell Grants. Sang also served as Chief Development Officer of Lift Communities, leading fundraising efforts across their national footprint to help families break intergenerational poverty. At City Year, Sang led revenue efforts in two markets as Managing Director and Chief of Staff among other roles. Earlier in his career, Sang held investment consultant roles at American Express and PNC Financial. 

Sang has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and resides in New Jersey with his three children.
