Shondra Tobler joins us as Senior Manager, Recruitment & Admissions in our Atlanta training site. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Grambling State University in Political Science and later obtained a Master of Arts degree in Adult Education from Northwestern State University. Her professional background ranges from large corporations to small non-profits. However, she’s passionate about non-profit work and has spent the last 8 years of her career in the non-profit sector. She has experience working with multicultural and under-served populations helping youth and adults of all ages complete their high school equivalency diploma and transition into post-secondary colleges and/or vocational training programs. Shondra truly believes “the only limit is the one you set yourself”, so she is constantly striving for greatness, defying odds, and encouraging others to do the same.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, listening to music, and all things outdoors, especially in the warmer months.
