Tamara has over 21 years experience in both nonprofit and corporate environments working directly with senior leaders to build and lead teams, strategic projects, and strategic planning to achieve their vision and mission. She has spent most of the past 12 years in the workforce development field including over nine years as a senior leader in a variety of roles at Year Up as well as served as the Chief of Staff for Genesys Works and other nonprofits.

Prior to Year Up, she built collaborative client relationships in relationship management and business development roles in for-profit organizations. She earned a BBA from The University of Texas in San Antonio with a concentration in Finance and her MBA from Boston University with a concentration on Strategy and Analysis. Tamara currently lives outside of Boston with her three children, husband, and dog.
