Tania Southern joins the Per Scholas National Team as an Associate of Recruitment and Admissions. Tania’s background is in education focusing on student recruitment and development. She also has extensive non-profit experience promoting gender parity and education equity. She previously worked as a Site Teacher at Heart House and Office Manager at a private daycare. Tania grew up in Seychelles and made her way to the United States to pursue graduate studies at the University of Denver and doctoral studies at Oklahoma State University. She lives in the Dallas, TX areas and enjoys the outdoors with her husband and dog.
