Terry is a proven business leader with more than 25 years of experience in the world of talent acquisition and business development. He has been with TEKsystems for twenty-two years and is currently the Regional Inclusion & Diversity Manager for the Midwest. Prior to this role he held various positions within the company including Director of Business Operations, Sales Manager and Account Executive.

Terry is passionate about developing technology professionals and he proudly leads the efforts, internally at TEKsystems, related to the Multicultural Employee Resource Group. He is active in the Columbus tech community through his affiliation with the African American Senior IT Leadership Organization. As a proud graduate of Kenyon College he donates his time to the Alumni of Color Initiative, and is a member of the Kenyon Fund Executive Committee. He also serves on a task force to study Volunteer Engagement for the college.

Terry grew up in Columbus, Ohio, specifically in the Gahanna area, where he attended Gahanna Lincoln High School. Upon graduation he attended Kenyon College where he obtained a degree in Mathematics.

In his spare time, Terry loves working out and, as a former basketball player he still enjoys playing in community leagues. He is a die-hard Ohio State Buckeye Fan who currently resides in Westerville, Ohio.
