I have a little over 8 years of working in the non profit sector as a Senior Leader, serving individuals experiencing homelessness. My professional experience includes project management and development, developing training curriculum, and program development. In previous roles, I have constructed and led cross-departmental teams, committees, and advisory boards. My passion is serving under resourced communities and individuals, allowing them space to be the expert of their own lives. Outside of my professional work experience, I accomplish this through participating on a Community Development Board, volunteerism in my community and being a Lifetime Instructor of the Bridges out of Poverty curriculum.
