Prior to joining Per Scholas, Tim spent much of his career working with people involved in the criminal justice system. Early on Tim started one of the first programs designed to work with men convicted of domestics violence. After moving to New York in 2001 Tim worked at the Vera Institute of Justice where he directed a prison reentry program. He then spent 16 years at the Center for Employment Opportunities in a variety of leadership roles, including growing the organization’s presence across the country.
