Todd Derby serves as the Senior Vice President, High Growth Markets. Previously, Todd served as the Regional Vice President, Northeast, and founding Senior Managing Director, Pittsburgh. Although Todd was born and raised in Pittsburgh, he started his career in Philadelphia, leading programs within the University of Pennsylvania’s Division of Equity and Access, including the Pennsylvania College Achievement Program, Veterans Upward Bound, and Educational Talent Search. After nearly ten years in Philadelphia – a place that Todd considers a second “home,” – he moved home to Pittsburgh to serve as Higher Achievement’s Director of Programs and Regional Director before joining Per Scholas. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Allegheny College and master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania.
