- Equitable access to tech employment for hundreds of learners annually, with a focus on historically excluded talent
- Providing best-in-class job skills and professional development training for Per Scholas learners and alumni across the technology sector
- Filling gaps in the local NYC workforce development ecosystem to increase opportunity pathways and eliminate barriers faced by underrepresented communities
