About the partnership

The PwC Charitable Foundation makes investments that can have a profound effect on underserved populations, including those who have fought for our country. This partnership supports the establishment of Per Scholas’ Vets in Tech initiative that will bring Per Scholas’ proven solution to many more veterans and military families across the United States by 2025.  This multiyear growth strategy will:

• Provide IT job training in a variety of disciplines that, where applicable, lead to industry-recognized credentials, and connections to employment opportunities for at least 900 Transitioning Military, Veterans and Spouses over 3 years, at least 80% of whom will be people of color and 20% of whom will be women
• Provide all learners access to: professional development; connections to paid, full-time jobs and/or meaningful work experiences; access to financial coaches and social workers; alumni upskilling and continued career coaching
• Build partnerships for recruitment and support services with PwC Charitable Foundation-supported VSOs among other organizations
