About the partnership

Since 2014, Per Scholas and Workday have partnered to expand pathways to financial security for diverse individuals, by providing robust skills training and access to thriving careers in the tech sector. Workday’s partnership has enabled Per Scholas to:

• Train more than 18,500 learners since 2015 nationwide, and connect our graduates to high-growth careers
• Provide critical networking and professional development opportunities to our learners, through the hundreds of Workmate volunteers that devote their time each year through mock interviews, career mentoring, workshops, and presentations
