In Damien’s newest article, he cautions how the AI revolution can disrupt the workplace without restrictions. AI can do a lot of things, but it cannot replace human consciousness. Damien offers solutions on the best ways to work with AI. One of his solutions is instead of allowing AI to displace jobs, employers should offer skill training programs employees can take to acquire new skills that will be in demand in the AI-driven economy.
