Please watch the recorded Kick Off video below. It is approximately 30 minutes long. Completing this video and its accompanying Knowledge Check form is required to retain your seat. Completion of the Knowledge Check form will likely take an additional 30 minutes. In this recorded orientation, you will be introduced to members of the training staff and receive important information about the training program and our expectations.

The Knowledge Check Form contains four sections with 20 multiple-choice questions. Each question is worth 1 point. The passing score is 70%. You only have one (1) attempt to take the Knowledge Check Form. We want to ensure that you are fully aware of our expectations and the level of commitment necessary to be successful in this course, so before completing the Knowledge Check Form, you are strongly encouraged to watch the Orientation Video as many times as possible by refreshing the screen.
