I embarked on an incredible journey with Per Scholas in February 2016, marking the start of an inspiring chapter in my career. My professional odyssey began in 2004 in the realm of Career Services where I initially ventured into the for-profit tech school sector. Over the course of my journey, I have amassed a decade’s worth of invaluable recruitment experience, honing my skills and expertise in guiding individuals toward fulfilling career paths. My academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Southern University A&M, earned in 2001, signifying my commitment to the world of business and commerce. Furthermore, I pursued higher education to enhance my knowledge and leadership capabilities, achieving an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Outside of my professional pursuits, I am proud to be a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, a cherished affiliation that underscores my dedication to service, leadership, and community engagement. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential, and I am excited to continue this mission as part of the Per Scholas family.
