I thrive at the intersection of mission-driven organizations and technology. I am a customer-centric marketing and consulting professional and have extensive experience as a strategist, trusted advisor and project manager – I am committed to delivering exceptional results!

I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Brandeis University. My work experience includes 10 years as an employee and 5 years as a consultant at American Express. One key role was leading the launch of the company’s premier cobrand product – the Delta Skymiles Card where we launched in a record-breaking 6 months and beat all targets – acquiring over 1MM cards in the first year of launch. I was a digital marketing consultant at Luminant Worldwide, had my own consulting practice for many years and specializing in integrated marketing campaigns while working with a wide array of companies – B2B, B2C and nonprofit organizations. I joined ADL as the Sr. Director of Marketing and built a marketing department, led an organization-wide rebrand and was also a key member of the cross-functional team leading the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud implementations. I then joined Salesforce on the nonprofit Enterprise Customer Success team where I worked alongside nonprofit customers on their digital transformations focusing on onboarding, product adoption, expansion and minimizing attrition and obtained several product certifications.
