With a Master of Social Work from Hunter College’s Silberman School of Social Work and specialized training in adolescent clinical work from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work, Claire brings a unique blend of therapeutic insight and practical experience to her work.
As Senior Director of Learner Support at Per Scholas, Claire leads a national team of expert Social Workers and Financial Coaches implementing a comprehensive support model that prioritizes personal and financial wellness. Under her leadership, the team provides confidential, individualized support services that help learners navigate life challenges, build essential skills, and achieve their personal and financial goals. The Learner Support Team works collaboratively with learners through one-on-one coaching, interactive workshops, and targeted resources, ensuring they have the tools and confidence needed to succeed in their tech career journey.
Prior to Per Scholas, Claire made significant contributions to youth development as Site Director at Global Kids, where she pioneered a comprehensive case management system and created impactful educational programs. Her experience extends to the arts sector, where she managed youth and community initiatives at the Whitney Museum, fostering creative engagement and accessibility in the arts.
