Mr. Manelski is a managing director and PIMCO’s chief technology officer, responsible for overseeing technology and developing the firm’s IT strategy. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2018, he was the head of macro technology at J.P. Morgan and also responsible for technology functions across J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank. Previously, he was head of trading and risk technology at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Manelski has also held positions including chief operating officer of fixed income technology at Bear Stearns, chief architect of ICAP plc, and CEO and founder of Crosslinks Systems. He has 24 years of technology experience and holds an undergraduate degree in applied physics from Columbia University.
