Jasmine has over 10 years in the nonprofit field, specializing in organizational management, program management, and strategic planning. Prior to Per Scholas, Jasmine served as the Interim CEO and then the Chief Operating Officer for the Center for Working Families where she was responsible for the operational leadership and accountability for neighborhood-based programs and services, serving a community of 16,000 residents in the Atlanta region.

Throughout her career, Jasmine has served on the Board of Directors for several organizations such as Men Stopping Violence and Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence, and has worked to organize communities both in the United States and in Canada. She has experience working with diverse populations including women and girls, low income communities, and communities of color.
