Jasmine Miller is the Chief Training Officer at Per Scholas. In this role, Jasmine is responsible for leading the growth and expansion of Per Scholas’s training program to train thousands of learners annually and connect newly trained tech professionals to thriving wage jobs. Jasmine provides vision, strategic leadership, and oversight across all aspects of site implementation and growth. She is responsible for overseeing national and local growth, site sustainability, fundraising, and regional partnerships.
Previously, Jasmine served for two years as Per Scholas’ Regional Senior Vice President for the South and Midwest, expanding its scope and doubling its training capacity and revenue across the regions. Prior to this, she led Per Scholas’s Atlanta market for four years, growing local training programs as Managing Director, expanding local partnerships, doubling local funding, and growing the newest market at the time into a strong, established operation and an innovation leader across Per Scholas’s training network.
Before Per Scholas, Jasmine served as Chief Operating Officer at The Center for Working Families in Atlanta, GA, overseeing strategic planning and operational results for all program areas. Her experience encompasses more than 20 years of results-driven nonprofit leadership focused on organizational and program development, implementation, staff development, domestic violence training, and education. Jasmine holds an MSW from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and is a Licensed Master Social Worker.
