As Vice President, Development, Jennifer is responsible for leading the strategy development and execution of an innovative, diversified funding model across 19+ local markets (and growing!) and coaching local market development teams to achieve annual revenue targets through strategic prospect cultivation, high quality proposal development, accurate and compelling reporting and stewardship. Jennifer proudly holds more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector in areas of program development, evaluation and fundraising, and joined Per Scholas in 2016 as an independent grant-writing consultant. Previously, she worked with international consulting firm, Quidoo Consulting, where she helped nonprofit clients deliver comprehensive fundraising and development strategies. Jennifer earned her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) with a concentration in Nonprofit & Public Management at Rutgers University and lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
