Jennifer joined the organization in September 2021 with six years of experience in workforce development, most recently developing talent pipeline programming in the Greater Boston area for Jewish Vocational Services.
Prior to her time in workforce development, Jennifer spent several years in digital marketing building brand awareness for blue-chip corporations. Jennifer is passionate about economic advancement for all, specifically expanding access to and success in high-demand careers for underrepresented communities.
Working for Per Scholas affords her the opportunity to move the needle on that type of work. In her free time, Jennifer loves exploring the outdoors, reading, traveling, and advancing her yoga practice.
