Currently, as Senior Manager, Career Solutions at Per Scholas, Kelsey focuses on building job search skills and developing employer relationships. As she helps others achieve their career dreams, she makes sure to pursue hers by continuously learning. She has earned many professional accomplishments including developing a set of best practices, which were replicated across various programs and even across the state of Illinois. Having lived in and traveled across the nation, Kelsey is in-tune with an array of workforce development nuances, and has a knack for making connections and building strong relationships. In her personal life, Kelsey likes to spend her time advocating, gardening, reading, and walking her dog Penelope.
