Hi I’m Misty! I graduated Rutgers University with my B.A. in Psychology and African Studies, and I am a McNair Scholar Alumni! I attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for my Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies, but after a short stay I realized it was not the path for me. I returned to Jersey and engulfed myself in Newark’s Cycle 5 Cybersecurity bootcamp.

Technology has always been a love of mine and I am so excited to use my journey as a way to pay it forward!
