Nicole Montgomery is a senior manager based out of the Washington DC Metro office where she serves as Chief of Operations for the Accenture Federal Services (AFS) Cybersecurity capability.  Mrs. Montgomery specializes in architecting and leading large-scale, complex security education and awareness training programs. Additionally, Mrs. Montgomery has deep knowledge within the field of cyber risk and compliance management including enterprise information assurance and audit compliance programs. As part of her passion work at Accenture, she serves as the Diversity Lead for Campus Recruiting at Virginia Tech and leads the Communications & Operations Team for the 1,000+ member DC African American Employee Resource Group. Nicole resides in Bristow, Virginia with her husband, Wathen III of 19 years and their children Micah (25), Wathen IV (17) and Brooks (15).
