Robin Nadeau is a servant leader who creates opportunity, fosters social change, and grows collaboration. She has over 20 years of experience in workforce development, education, and community development—both domestically and internationally—having served communities in over twenty states as well as in Ukraine and Poland. She is passionate about creating access and opportunity for people who face barriers to employment.
Her work includes past positions of leadership at nonprofits including School and Main Institute, Year Up, and Goodwill Industries International leading program design, management, and organizational growth, as well as facilitating social change and partnership efforts at national, regional and local levels. She has experience facilitating and coaching leaders in education, nonprofits, and business, and growing long-term partnerships between the public and private sectors. The crux of Robin’s work has always been systems-building partnership efforts, skill-building, collaborative leadership, and cross-sector collaboration.
Most recently, Robin finished a service assignment with the U.S. Peace Corps. She is excited to be returning to her workforce development and community roots in Boston to lead the launch of Per Scholas’ eighth local site.
