Prior to joining Per Scholas as Associate, Admissions, Victoria Grooms worked as a trained HR professional with a total of 17 years of experience in banking and the non-profit sector. Her most recent experience was with Cincinnati’s CityLink Center as the Operations Support Coordinator where she helped individuals navigate services and offerings for poverty alleviation. This included collaboration with Per Scholas as a key service partner. Per Scholas Cincinnati has worked alongside Victoria who provided help tracking applicants through the initial screening process.

Victoria holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Mt. St. Joseph University and is a native of Cincinnati. She also graduated from the School for Creative and Performing Arts, majoring in Music Theater. She has lived abroad in Caracas, Venezuela, is married with two children, and enjoys traveling, modeling, and experiencing new restaurants.
