Will Harbaugh is a Senior Director in BNY Mellon’s Asset Servicing business and a member of the Service Delivery organization’s US management team. Will joined BNYM in 2023 from J.P. Morgan where he held a number of global management roles in Futures, Derivatives Clearing and Collateral Management over 15 years including EMEA Head of Sales, Global Business Manager and Global Lead for Account Management and Transition. Prior to his career in finance, Will worked in the steel industry in Detroit, New York and Sydney Australia. He holds a BA in English Literature from Miami University of Ohio, an MBA from London Business School and dual citizenship in the US and UK. An active member of BNYM’s philanthropic initiatives, Will has been a member of the NY Advisory Board for Per Scholas since 2017.
